Love Distance at Directors Circle

The Directors Circle Film Festival announced its slate of films for its 2021 edition and Love Distance, the latest effort by filmmaker Agatino Zurria is in.

This film, shot during lock down in 2020, required an extra participation from its cast, who apart from rehearse through zoom, had to get advise on wardrobe, light, camera angle and finally had to shoot their own part with the direction of Agatino Zurria, who also wrote the script.

The film is not only a document of the times we were all locked in our own world, but also when we realized how much we needed the people around us, those we usually take for granted and pay little to no attention in normal times. With the pandemic, we asked ourselves how much it would change us. Love Distance answers that question.

The Directors Circle Film Festival will announce the Best of Genre Award Nominations on Saturday November 28th at or about the time of 8 pm EST, and the Winners and the Audience Award Winner, along with the 3 runners-up, at 8PM EST on December 4th, 2021.
