The short film “Interview with Marilyn”has stayed in the public eye for two years and counting.
Moving into 2021, It is competing in not one, but two film festivals in Las Vegas this coming July 26 to August 1st.
It will be shown at the Galaxy Theaters, during the events of the Hollywood Dreams and AOF Films Festivals, which has merged the 2020 event with the 2021 because of the COVID19 closures, so this year the festivals are twice as big, specially now that authorities have informed that Las Vegas is resuming its normal activities.
Marilyn, played by Mexican Actress Rosalinda Rodriguez, who personified the Blond Beauty of films in the 40’s and 50’s, has become the icon the whole American Industry: Hollywood, embodying the highs and lows of Show Business, which, in a way it is something Las Vegas is usually remembered for, so bringing this world-wide awarded short film to the Gambling Capital of the world seems like a natural pairing. Now it’s up to the audiences and the jury of both festival to give her their approval.
